My freeze-dried candy fascination came from enjoying freeze dried fruits as a snack, mainly strawberries. After acquiring my own freeze dryer, I started to experiment with candy and ice cream. I found that I really enjoyed putting orders together for my friends to try. Eventually, I decided that it would be super cool to start up a business, so here we are!
